Returns
We want you to love your Scholar Threadz apparel! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: 14 days from delivery date Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
- Items returned after 14-day window
Refunds
Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus original shipping costs
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for different sizes within the same product line, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process

- Package items securely with original tags attached
- Ship using trackable method (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
Important Note for School Deliveries: Items shipped to school locations for pickup must be returned directly to Scholar Threadz using the same return shipping process outlined above. Please do not return items to the school location.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
