Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time
Shipping Methods
- All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service)
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
- We currently ship within the United States only
Delivery Options
Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days after shipment
- Available for all orders
School Location Delivery:
- Available for participating schools
- Items delivered directly to designated school location for customer pickup
- Customers will be notified when items arrive at school location
- Same processing timeframe applies (3-4 business days before delivery to school)
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on order total and destination
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (as displayed at checkout)
Delivery Information
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues
- Risk of loss or damage passes to customer upon delivery
- Please ensure shipping address is accurate - we cannot redirect packages once shipped
International Shipping
- Currently not available
- We only ship within the United States at this time
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Contact us immediately at info@scholarthreadz.com if your package arrives damaged
- For lost packages, we will work with USPS to track and resolve the issue
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of expected delivery date
Address Changes
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order
- Contact info@scholarthreadz.com immediately for address change requests
- We cannot guarantee address changes after order processing begins
